i haven't posted anything substantial since last monday....so, here comes something exciting (or not really).
we hope you all had nice a turkey day. ours was nice. the znameroski clan came to berkeley for the holiday and so did f's mom. we had a nice dinner and just kind of relaxed the rest of the weekend and did touristy things for my parents. my dad had to go to chinatown in sf and have his chinese dinner. he can't come to sf without it! we also found some nice bowls while we were there, but they didn't have 6 like we wanted in the store and had to get more from their stock room and we didn't want to wait 20 minutes for them so i will have to go back sometime soon and get them when i can wait. hmmm.....i can' think of anything else we really did. we did a lot of sitting around and playing with macy and f did some homework. i had a nice chat with my brother. we hadn't seen him since june and it was nice to catch up. he seems to be enjoying reed and i'm glad because f and i basically made him go there. he is training to work in a nuclear reactor next year and really likes physics. why physics davo? i just don't get it! how about psych or even political science, not physics!
next week f starts her first set of law school finals. she isn't freaking out too much yet and i am very proud as i don't know how i'd deal with a big stress ball right now. i mean, i can handle the little stress ball that she is currently, but not more please! yesterday was a party at school and she brought me home a pot brownie. it was weird. i'm not sure i enjoyed it and it wasn't big enough to get any type of high from, but it was my first pot brownie and probably my last.
macy's testicles dropped. he's a boy. poo. we were hoping that maybe having a penis didn't have to mean he'd be a boy, but i guess biology wins. now we have to figure out when we need to get him snipped. poor guy, i feel bad doing it, but the rabbit website says that they are healthier and live longer if you do. so, he will be going under the knife eventually! do you think they will put a cone on his head like they do with dogs? that could be really funny. we think we are going to take him to get his picture taken with santa. we'll put his little red collar on and maybe find him a little santa hat or antlers. wouldn't that make a nice family holiday picture? it will at least be funny!
lauren and kathy are coming to play a little on saturday! yay! how exciting! i'm also hoping to get us a little holiday bush sometime soon to make the house a little more festive for my beautiful. how much do you want to bet that macy's new favorite food will be pine needles or christmas lights?
ok, time to get back to work. i am going through the -80 freezer looking for abs to send out to people. my fingers are frozen, but it has to get done!
