1) never say anything in a police car that you don't want them to know. police cars are wired and they can hear you!
2) ask for a lawyer DURING the Miranda warnings and they can't interrogate you without the lawyer on any topic.
3)5th Amendment Privilege must be claimed in civil proceedings to prevent if from being waived in a subsequent criminal proceeding
