See, the thing is that it is no good to be grown up. When you are a young adult, you are still stupid. Grey's anatomy says of procedures: "see one, do one, teach one". That is sadly how life goes, as soon as you are minimally qualified you are in charge and responsible for those who aren't quite there yet. Life really runs steps ahead of you. Not sure you can do the job, to late, go to it, just about sure you can do it-- time to supervise!
Crazy. I only hope to remember this feeling when I first supervise someone feeling these same feelings.
