so we had a relaxing chistmas nice and low key in berkeley. then after mom left, i looked at some new houses for us and found a real fixer. we are in the process of prepairing a potential bid and estimating how much it would cost to totally gut the inside and make it a dream house for us.what a new years project!
so we are off to vegas to ring in 2006, then back for a week with the in-laws, the beginning of my final semester of law school (deciding on classes and completeing all of my incomplete credits!!), waiting to hear from my fellowships and eaz's schools and maybe buying a run down old house!
here we go....
