monday morning...well, noonish actually. it's a short week this week. yay! i get two days off, how fun. i guess that's a lie, i have to come in on friday for about an hour, but other than that i get two days off. i don't really have anything to do today. i mean, i have a few little things here and there, but nothing to really take up my entire day. *shrug* i guess this is supposed to happen sometimes, but i don't really like it when it does.

this weekend was good. f did a lot of outlining. i think she is coming along studying very well. i don't think she is as convinced of that as i am, but she is about 2/3 done with two classes and 1/2 done with the other. she should have no problem finishing up and still have lots of time to study for the actual tests!

i make gnocchi yesterday. shhhhh....don't tell my dad, it's a surprise! i decided i wanted to cook this weekend and i also knew that if i didn't make it for him too i'd get in big trouble! so, tonight i am making another batch just for him. they get in tomorrow night, so i think i'll save it for dinner on wednesday. hopefully, it will be a nice surprise for him. we had doug over for dinner last night so he got to try gnocchi. he said it was very good, but i never know if people really like it or are just being polite. oh well, i guess i shouldn't care too much, i just want people to like my specialty!

macy is being cute like usual. he likes to run around and play. we got him a collar this weekend with a bell because we are afraid that my dad and david will accidently step on him when they are visiting. the last thing we need is a crushed bunny on thanksgiving! he is chewing on his apple sticks like crazy. i don't think he is supposed to be eating them so much, but it keeps him from chewing on the walls so i don't really want to limit his intake. he hasn't had any accidents either. i am so proud. he uses his potty like a little gentleman. and he hasn't chewed up any cords lately. this weekend i went around and bunny proofed the house so that he can't get to any cords even if he is tempted. next thing to work on getting him to stop chewing on the walls. we are preventing it as much as possible by covering his favorite chew spots, and telling him "no" when we see it, but he still likes to chew too much!

ok...i think that's it for now....happy turkey day.
