it is very hard when you convince yourself you want something soooo soooo badly and yet something else comes up that is different (and maybe better) than you thought and when you get what you originally wanted it seems warped, like through an old window…

UW emailed this week and I got a packet from Cornell… both were only viewable through that warped old window
The condo is almost ours, knock wood we will be in escrow early this week. We have also gotten in the habit of stopping at every open house we see. We looked at a million dollar property in Santa Cruz and a beautiful craftsman on the same street as our condo…. Additionally, we will be living in “Claremont” again… a new Claremont (our neighborhood in Berkeley) the only question now is how much below list price will we get it for? please send this good vibes...
